ncpmount on Linux
Good day all!
What is the proper setup to use ncpmount?
I upgraded a server and must have forgotten a config file or something so that ncpmount no longer works.
Here is the response I get:
$ sh -x /usr/local/bin/logintest.sh
++ date +%c
+ TIME=Thu 03 Apr 2003 10:26:04 AM AST
+ '[' -d /home/prodsupp/apollo/vol1 ']'
+ ncpumount /home/prodsupp/apollo
/home/prodsupp/apollo probably not ncp-filesystem
You are not allowed to umount /home/prodsupp/apollo
+ ncpmount -b /home/prodsupp/apollo
ncpmount: Cannot assign requested address when trying to find APOLLO
I have no ncp_filesystems file (of which I'd like to learn the format) nor any entry in fstab.
Thaks much.

Re: ncpmount on Linux
IPX network mount interface to a Novell fileserver or volume into your Linux filesystem.
I could find no reference for the -b parameter.
"...ncpfs..." package is available at:
ftp://klokan.sh.cvut.cz/pub/linux
Red Hat description of ncpmount:
http://www.europe.redhat.com/documentation/HOWTO/IPX-HOWTO-9.php3
