NFS mount to HP-UX from Linux workstation

I just did a nfs mount from my Linux workstation to my B180L rumnning HP-UX 11.0. I try to install software from application cd. (# swinstall -s /cdrom)
I get the following error.

There is currently no depot software on host "sahl1tst" at location
"/cdrom/". Make sure that an absolute pathname is specified for location (beginning with "/").

When the cd is not nfs mounted it shows me all of the software that does not need a installed codeword.

Thanks

It sounds like your SW depot is not registered. Consider using the "swreg" command to get around this. This may help.

Hello

Have you running the following?

swreg -l depot /nfs_cdrom/software_name

Did it give you any errors?
