i??ve received the next message

Decription of Error:

World wide name (unique identifier) for following device has changed nport Id = 0x4079e800

how can i translate de nport Id = 0x4079e800
to identify the device?.

ioscan is reporting everything ok.

I forget the exact steps, but you should get this from your switch - is it a Brocade? HP? If so, you can use a web browser to map the nport id to a physical port on the switch.
No matter where you go, there you are.
