OMNIBACK INTEGRATION WITH SQLSERVER AND XP 512

Im trying to configure the OMNIBAKC AND XP INTEGRATION,
I do it, but when I start the backup I receive this message

License not available "Split Mirror Extension for ONE EMC Symmetrix"

System error: [10054] Connection reset by peer

1o.-I HAVE INSTALLED ALL MY LICENCES, I DO NOT HAVE ANY EMC Symmetrix
2o.-I can do online backup with SQL and file system backups too
Some one of you can help me?...please
