Could someone tell me what are the tools available on RedHat Enterprise Linux 2.1 on Itanium?

gtop will provide you a graphical view. Its free.

Glance may have been ported.

The best tool is sar.

You can take this hpux sar script and debug it and you'll collect great performance data. See attachment.
