Perl 5.8.2

Hi,

I want to downlaod the Hp-UX depot file for perl 5.8.2.I found only 5.8.7 and 5.8.8.

Is there any archive available or any othe location where I can downlad the depot file.

Thanks

Re: Perl 5.8.2

You won't find old Perl depots and it is definitely undesirable to load an old package. If you have Perl scripts that will not work on the latest Perl, then fix the scripts.

Re: Perl 5.8.2

I still have a 5.8.2 on my site 1), but I wonder why you want an older version.
5.8.8 should be binary compatible with 5.8.2, and 5.8.8 has many bugfixes over 5.8.2

Re: Perl 5.8.2

Torsten, my Opera has an auto-reload on this page, and my proxy (of course written in perl) does a highlight on the word "perl", so when I'm around, it is hard to miss these posts :)
