port question:
When running amanda backup I get the following error:
ERROR: localhost: [host localhost.localdomain: port 33506 not secure]
Any ideas what could be causing this?

Re: port question:
Robert, I have searched far and wide for this error and come up totally emplty.
IT would appear you have a security issue of some sort.
Not that I think its worth more than 1 point but I'm referring you back to a good amanda configuration guide.

Bastille might be useful.

The Bastille tool is worth it even if it doesnt fix this problem.

Re: port question:
Thanks Steven,
I think I moved some files around to an area that amanda is not happy with. I am going to reload and re-compile.
Thanks,
RPM
