Problems with SA6i and cciss.o

Hi!

I´ve some serious problems with the new
SmartArray6i on a BL20pG03-server. I need
a 2.4.22-kernel. I´ve compiled several versions
(got source on sourceforge.net) of cciss.o.
Prior to version cciss_2.4.50 it´s not working,
the following error occours:

no such device; insmod errors can be caused by
incorrect module parameters, including invalid
IO or IRQ parameters.

If I try to load cciss.o, version 2.4.50-30 or
higher, I`ll get a segmentation fault. lsmod
is showing: cciss.o (initializing) but nothing
happens...

Oh, I see the device-nodes under
/dev/cciss/c0d0

Any hints for me?
