Prompt Username and Password authentication

Hi all,

I have a Enterprise Linux 5 Proxy Server. I already configured squid service & squid service is runing properly.

I want to configure Username and Password authentication on squid service.

Please help me step by step configuration and How to enable ncsa_auth service on live server.
