psp711 install problems on RHEL3
having the same problems as with psp7.10 installing it on a DL380 G3, RHEL 3.0,
Linux gcs-qdxint01 2.4.21-9.0.1.ELsmp #1 SMP Mon
Feb 9 22:26:51 EST 2004 i686 i686 i386 GNU/Linux
error: RPM_FORCE_NPTL is set, LD_ASSUME_KERNEL is not set, but the thread environment is still not NPTL
Installation of this component FAILED because of an error in the RPM installation.
ran rpm --rebuilddb beforehand, no problems
cleared out the hpverdb.xml as wel.
attached script logging for
./install711.sh --nui --debug
tar includes hpverdb.xml and hppldu.log
reran the script after changing LD_ASSUME_KERNEL to 2.4.21. No change.
Hopefully Michael can offer some advise...
