qla2xxx Persistent Binding not supported

I'm trying to configure a FC1242SR with persistent binding under RHEL 5.5 using the SANsurfer tool (both GUI and CLI). The tool reports that persistent binding is not supported with Linux inbox dirvers.

We have upgraded to latest SANsurfer and driver available at HP website but it still shows the same error.

Any recommendation?
