R3000 WIFI Card

I have a Compaq R3000 with the AMD64 and the integrated 802.11b/g and Bluetooth. Is there any way to get the WIFI access to work with SuSE 9.3 for AMD64?

It is $20 but if it work, it would be worth it to get us through until an OS version is available.

The other option that keeps coming up is the Ndis Wrapper...
