Read BIOS without reboot


Hello,

We normally reboot any system inorder to check the BIOS settings.
Is there any such tool available which can do this job for us? So basically How do we read BIOS settings in a running server without having to reboot it.

Hi,

You can use the command "biosdecode" for that matter. For a much more human-readable format, you can also use "dmidecode".
