Can HPE's RHEL licenses be used on non-HPE servers?
or, there is some awarenes about use the licenses on non-HPE servers

We can use the Red Hat subscription to register the system on non-HPE servers provided we should have enough subscriptions to register further systems. if you have subscriptions purchased through HPE, we can help you out to investigate on that
