1)I recomend you use other network first that compatible with RedHat 7.2 for example Intel Express or other. Install Red Hat 7.2 and make all patches with up2date. After that you can remove old network card and configure Broadcom Network.
2)You can update the Kernel for RedHat 7.2 for version kernel-2.4.20-28.7.i686.rpm (last)manually (if you could) and reboot with new kernel and automatic configure de Broadcom Network.
The problem is that the native kernel for RedHat 7.2 not recognize this network card.
