My question is can we replace the Windows Active Directory with Redhat Directory Server?

This depends on what services the ADS from windows is providing.
If you mean authentication, yes you can. There are some windows specifics services provided by a Windows server though that can not be replaced.

I want to replace AD with Redhat Directory server which will play the DNS,DHCP, authentication role in network.
Also i want to register client machine with Redhat Directory Server and linux based DNS application

You can authenticate windows users, but for example, you can't use group policies like windows 200X domain controllers.

A combination of Red Hat Directory server and Samba will allow you to replace the limited list of features you define in your clarification.
It is important that you insure you are not dependent on windows group policies.
If you are, this can still work. You can use Windows as a Slave Domain controller, though Windows puts significant obstacles in your path.
Better to get rid of the windows box if practical.
