redhat EL3 not installing


Dear Gurus,
I have murcury mother-board having intel
810 chipset and P-III 1.2 Ghz processer
when i try to install Red-Hat EL3 on this machine it stop on /sbin/installer screen
I tried to install it in grafical as well as in text mode same error is occuring.

Plz help me on this problem.

Shalom,

You don't indicate which update of Red Hat you are using.

Though all updates should work with that setup, update 8 has the most drivers and hardware support. I'd suggest trying that.
