Restrict user directory
If I want to restrict a user to access some specific directories only eg. allow the user access /tmp , /home & /usr/test only , what can I do ? thx

the user will use telnet to access the server , can suggest how to restrict it ? thx.

I would like to have one more requirment , how to restrict the user to use some commands , eg . the user can use the program in /usr/bin but except wget & gcc etc , is it possible ? thx
