root error

Hi ALL
Recently when i start my application given error:
ERROR: You don't have permission to sniff.
Try doing this as root.
Fatal Error, Quitting.

But ia m at root user only. What might be reason it like ?

Hi,

You can check with "id" command for making sure that you logged in with root user.

Because the error messages shows that you are not root user.
