When I run rpm in my RH system , it pop the below messages , it seems the rpm package have problem , but now I can't reinstall it back as when I run "rpm -ivh rpm-packagename" , it also pop the below , can advise how can I fix it ? thx.

Shalom,
Try downloading the rpm's again seems like this one was not completely downloaded.
It might be worse, your rpm database may have problems. See the man page rebuild option.
