Samba authenticate using NTLMv2

Hi there,

We have a Samba Server version 2.2.7a and we are experiencing connecting it from our Windows 2003 box.

Since the time upgraded our network to NTLMv2 we are not able to connect to the samba Server.

Can Samba authenticate using NTLMv2?

If Yes, what changes do I need to follow.

Require your assistance. Its very urgent.

Thanks
Girish

Re: Samba authenticate using NTLMv2

I think that NTLMv2 is supported in samba 3.
Por que hacerlo dificil si es posible hacerlo facil? - Why do it the hard way, when you can do it the easy way?

Re: Samba authenticate using NTLMv2

SAMBA 2.2 is way old. Suggest to upgrade samba 3.
