i tray to copy from legato networker to hp-ux server via samba if it is smole file it's working but if it's large file 4GB it's not working ,whan i copy from the hp-ux to windowes drive via somba it's working

Wondering why this is posted to Linux.

Check your HP-UX target filesystem and see if its got largefiles enabled. If not the fsadm utility (see man page) can be used to convert it.

If its hpux 11.00 you will see largefiles in /etc/fstab if its enabled. Newer releases of HP-UX you will have to use fsadm to see if largefiles are enabled.

Large files enables a filesystem to store files bigger than 2 GB in HP-UX. All Linux and windows filesystems permit this now by default.

i can see that it's enabled and i can copy large file
but i can't copy large file from networker of legato via network drive of windowes server to the unix hp just small file maybe thare some configuration need to made on the samba
