Sar disk stat reports shows high avserv
Hi all,
My daily sar output for disk stats
shows high avserv time for a particular disk.
Can you suggest us some solution?
Beocz some of the important tables which are read only lies on this disk.
IF some has understanding of oracle then for them I want to tell them that entire tablespace
of 4GB lies on this disk.
Regards
Fenil MAnek

Re: Sar disk stat reports shows high avserv
4BG tablespce on it ? Sure it'll have high avserv time.
You should raid, at least 1, why not 5, to protect your datas in case of crash.
On the other hand, myabe have you way to lighten your structure and have it repartited on differents disks/ or machines ?
