Scopeux is not active

Hi All

scopeux process is not active.
Executing ovpa restart,,still fail.

Seeing the "status.scope" file:

ERROR: Incompatible logfile format. (PE221-40)

COLLECTOR END. program terminated abnormally.

ERROR: Unknown rectype: 0

Could you please help me?

It is probably that one or more measureware logfiles are corrupt. I suggest shutting down measureware, rename your logfiles in /var/opt/perf/datafiles to something else (or move them to a backup directory somewhere) and restart measureware. The file names are log* (i.e. logglob, logproc, etc.).
