Is there any graphical tool available for configuring Sendmail, either provided by linux or by any third pary software ??

according to me There is no relevant graphical tools for sendmail configuration.
But there is a command line tool that simplifies your configuration task.
edit /etc/mail/sendmail.mc for configuring.
#m4 /etc/mail/sendmail.mc > /etc/sendmail.cf

They have a product called "sendmail switch" which has GUI tools for configuring and operating your mail servers.
Never seen or used it though.
