Server hung -- kernal panic error

Server hung -- kernal panic error

Hi ,
my server is down and not coming up. Following error is observed when connected through console.

ipp114 login: EDAC i5000 MC0: FATAL ERRORS Found!!! 1st FATAL Err Reg= 0x4
EDAC i5000 MC0: >Tmid Thermal event with intelligent throttling disabled
EDAC MC0: INTERNAL ERROR: channel-b out of range (4 >= 4)
Kernel panic - not syncing: MC0: Uncorrected Error

can anyone help me to trouble shoot this issue.

Its important you mention the Linux and Kernel Version while posting.

OS is RHEL 4 update is Linux 2.6.9-78
