SESC simulator

Whwn i try to run SESC simulator using the following :
./sesc.smp -csmp.conf hello.sesc
I am getting the following error.
Config:: overlap between technology[0:0] and technology[0:0] in section


can U tell me what i have to do to suyccessfully run the simulator.
