snmpv3 configuration

Hi all,
we are trying to configure snmpv3 using net-snmp 5.3.x on linux (redhat). We are able to configure net-snmp to work with snmp v1 & v2c, but we are not able to work at all with snmpv3. We always get some errors about user unkonwn.
I attach net-snmp configuration files, could you please check, or do you have any suggetion or guide line about it?
