Step to Map a lun to Linux RH 4.x server.

Hi All,
I need to require steps (document) on how to assign LUN(s) to a new install RH 4.x Kernel 2.6.9-55.0.6.ELsmp on a Blade pl35p with QLogic-23xx HBA Server. EVA 3/5K Storage.

QLogic Guide for Linux attached.
Por que hacerlo dificil si es posible hacerlo facil? - Why do it the hard way, when you can do it the easy way?
