stinit /etc/stinit.def and Ultrium 460
Hi all,
I've got my first linux box...woo. A nice Proliant.
I'm trying to find the configuration settings for /etc/stinit.def for an Ultrium 460... Can anyone help as I can't find anything on Redhat (using EL 3.0) or on HP's site...
Many thanks,
Baz.

Make sure the scsi id is different than other scsi cards and devices. Also, for best performance, the ultrium needs a whole scsi card to itself. Don't daisy chain it on the same channel as disk.
If red hat is installed, see if the hardware browser sees anything. Then call the response center and ask them where to get the drivers.
