Stuck while scanning "Opening connection to device..." suddenly
Hi I used Archlinux Gnome now, and I can use the scanner 18 days ago, but recently, my computer can't scan anymore and stuck at the "Opening connection to device...", and stuck over forty-eight hours without any response. but the printing is still okay, and the hp-check without any problem, then I try to downgrade the hplip driver and downgrade the kernel reinstall, but it is no use, then the following information about my device and the operating environment:
Printer/Scanner : Color LaserJet Pro MFP M176n
Linux Kernel : 4.14.3-1-ARCH x86_64
Desktop Environment :Gnome
Driver Version: 3.17.10
Computer Module: MSI MS-7974
P.S. the computer seldom showed the error message "Failed to obtain the value of option mode" or "Error during device I/O"
