Submit a Bug Report to HP?

I've got two centOS 6.3 dl380 g3 nodes and an msa500 and the msa500 is not useable.

 

Mounting a partition is okay and writing one file is okay.  Move a bunch of files and the OS crashes, non-responsive and only a power-reboot will bring it back.

 

I have some debug from a number of HP services crashing, but probably not complete. 

 

Is there a way to submit the crash to HP?
