Hi,i am using Linux, when i try to use sudo su - the system shows me below messasge...
Last login: Fri Jun 4 14:36:00 2010 from admon-linux.mysite.org.mx
[admin@servidor ~]$ sudo su -
Password:
sudo: Can't open /var/run/sudo/admin/0: Read-only file system
[root@servidor ~]#
i run: sudo -l and the result is "ALL"
Why i am gettng that error?

Please run as root:
touch /var/test
If you get the same error, probably you had a problem with your disk storage that caused the file system to go to read only mode.
This problem occurs frequently on Vmware VM installations and sometimes on SAN boot configurations.
