suse 8 sp4 and secure path 30c_spc

Hi

Installed the SP 30c sp2 on a suse 8 sp4 linux host running Linux cp089018 2.4.21-278-smp #1 SMP Mon Mar 7 09:17:29 UTC 2005 i686 unknown.

however, when i connect to the HSV210 (EVA8000) running firmware 5.030 i get the follwing spmgr errors:

Error: Incompatible command.

how can i fix this? this is really urgent.

Have you resolved this problem? We have the same problem on Red Hat Linux 3.0
