SW to backup/restore operative system

Do you know about some sw to backup and restore operative system on suse linux, like ignite exists on hpux?

Ignite does not exist on Linux.

There is a tool that mimics this functioinality called mondo and/or mindi.

I've recently been playing with mkCDrec which will create bootable (El Torito) disaster recovery CD-ROMs. It seems to work pretty good so far.
