T1500 UPS software
I have a T1500H UPS (not the newer T1500XR type, the old ones) and several servers running Debian Linux.
Thus far, I have not been able to find any software that works to communicate with this UPS. The NUT package (www.networkupstools.org) includes a couple of drivers which are supposed to work for a Powerware 5119, which is supposed to be the same as the Compaq T1500, but they don't work for me. This is compounded by there being at least 2 different wiring specs on the web.
Does anyone have any NUT drivers that work for this UPS, or a spec on how to talk to this model UPS so that I could write my own?

Re: T1500 UPS software
1) NUT is small and can monitor multiple UPSs of multiple vendors, and is therefore a much better solution than a Compaq-specific piece of software. (However, if another open-source solution exists for the T1500h, I'd be happy to use it.)
2) I have no other Compaq hardware, so it would be incredible overkill to install a massive piece of software just to monitor one UPS.
3) Only the first of those links even mentions Linux, and then doesn't list it in the operating systems table anyhow. I'm not going to try to use something which is nowhere documented to work under Debian Linux.
