tape problem in PE2950

dear all

I have Dell power Edge 2950 server ; i connect LTO tape drive to it before months and it was working ; after that i face some problems and remove the tape from the server ; when i try to return it again it does not work i try to restart the server and to use a certain script but also it does not work ; i see the following error in dmesg
