/var/log/audit.d/

Hello friends,

i have /var/log/audit.d/save.xx 1000+ files, not really sure how this file has generated in my linux server, all files are data file, this server has installed apache.
each file having fix 21MB size.
i am using Red Hat Enterprise Linux WS release 3

anybody having any idea about this files. thanks,

hi,

on your linux is auditing ruuning, so if the system have a lot changes, the file will be grow.
