WARNING: Cluster lock disk /dev/dsk/c10t0d4 has failed: I/O error

Please All, I am having serious cluster issue. For the past two weeks, I can only use a node at a time, I can't use the two nodes together.

We changed PCI board on one of the nodes and we ran to this problem. I am uploading the syslog of both nodes.

Are you still able to access the cluster lock disks from both the nodes.?

Looking the syslog attached the cluster is reformedwith both the needs. There is a warning that you may have a problem when the "split brain symdrum" occurs in the cluster.the further errors are from package startup.

could you paste from both the nodes

"what /usr/lbin/cmcld"

from one of the node

Run "cmcheckconf -v -kC CONF | tee clustername.out" where CONF = the name of your cluster config ascii file.

Please run a cmscancl (no options)and analyse the the /tmp/scancl.out file.
