Make sure that the perl executable is available at /usr/local/bin/perl if not make sure you have perl5 installed and link to it :
ln -s /path/to/perl /usr/local/bin/perl

lokkit run from the command line will open a little tool that lets you tweak the security if firewall was installed

don't forget to start the webmin server (/etc/webmin/start) and then open your browser and type http://localhost:10000/.

just restart/start webmin by /etc/rc.d/webmin restart
or
/etc/rc.d/webmin start
And then go to any navigator and type http://localhost:10000/ or http://[your machine that you install webmin]:10000/.
