Where is an XML Parser C for HP-UX?

We are searching for an XML Parser/Generator for the language C running under
HP-UX.
The C Parser must be compatible with an Oracle V8.0.5 database.

Please advise where we can obtain this.
It is not possible to use the XML Parser for C++ or Java in this project.

I recommend you look at the Apache Webserver
(http://www.apache.org/httpd.html).
In that package is an XML parser.
