Where is B140i Ubuntu driver image?

There is following lines at  page 12 In this document.

Installing device drivers (Ubuntu Server Linux 14.04 LTS)
IMPORTANT: Ubuntu does not recognize driver update images via iLO virtual media. Use a USB
key with a partition, and then enter the dd command to copy the driver update image to the
USB-key. (dd if=hpdsa-1.2.0-185.ubuntu1404.x86_64.img of=/dev/sdc1)

But I can not find hpdsa-1.2.0-185.ubuntu1404.x86_64.img anyware.

Where can I get it?

But it is deb packages, How can I convert it to .img file for dd command?

THis is for hpvsa driver (the previous release of the Dynamic Raid Controller) should be the same instructions for using hpdsa

The HP Dynamic Smart Array B140i controller driver for Ubuntu 14.04 is not available. Testing was done using AHCI SATA mode.
