X Broadcast
SA's,
Is there a way to make RH7.0 check for broadcasts from my HP boxes and allow me to display the CDE interface to the HP's. This would be similar to what exceed is doing. I saw the similar post in the forum but I think this is a bit different as I do not want to use a pc but use my RH7.0 box.
Thanks,
Craig A. Sharp

Re: X Broadcast
Start your X server on your client box with the option -broadcast.
I don't have a RH7 box here, but I guess you could do that on the console, when launching startx (startx -- -broadcast), or permanently in /etc/X11/xdm/Xservers, "local" line.
Regards,
Jerome
