640SFP28 Driver for Windows Server 2022

We currently have several 640SFP28s in use, but have discovered that HPE has not yet provided drivers for Windows Server 2022. Mellanox itself has been delivering these for quite some time.

Especially due to the current delivery problems, a short-term change to other cards is not possible and the provision of the current drivers would support us massively.
