Accessing cut & paste buffer with VB in Vista

Hello.....please refer me to a different forum if this question is no appropriate for this channel or would be better addressed by another.

I have several applications I wrote in Visual Basic several years ago. These continue to function completely under Wxp, and for the most part with Vista.

However, I cannot get the cut and paste buffers to work with these apps under Vista.

Must a change be made to the application code or does some other library have to be linked or what ?

Any help greatly appreciated.
