Applying Powerpoint Template with Notes Page format

Hi,
I'm trying to apply a .pot to a powerpoint presentation, however, the notes page formatting is not applied..

How, or can, I do this.

btw, the notes page view part of the template is okay.

and it's only the header and footer areas that are not applying.
