BL35p Windows 2008 core running Hyper-v

Will a BL35p server run windows 2008 core with Hyper-V?

Is there any setting in the bios that needs to be changed?

how to install the hyper-V?

You cannot install Hyper-V on BL35p because AMD Opteron CPU installed in BL35p doesn't support AMD-V
