DL360 G5 PXE Boot (ADS)

I'm trying to imaga a drive on a dl360 g5, but whenever i get into the deployment agent the server requests a bootable image but fails to boot. the error is "windows encountered an error while trying to boot from a ram disk"

any suggestions would be appreciated
