Domain Trusts
Is it possible to create a trust relationship to enable an active directory domain to trust the parent mixed mode domain? Both of these domains are in the same comany.

Re: Domain Trusts
not sure what you're asking. more info is needed.
by default, child domains always trust parrent domains. "Mixed mode" is a forest wide setting.
do you have more then one forest?

There have been Innumerable people who have helped me. Of course, I've managed to piss most of them off.

Re: Domain Trusts
As I read what you are asking:
Domain1 is native -- all W2000 servers/DC. Domain2 is mixed -- has at least one that is non-W2000, so probably NT.
they are 'same company', but the domains were established separately -- ie: separate trees in this forest.
Now, is that accurate? You are saying you want subdomain.domain.com (that is, Domain1, which you say is running AD) to trust domain.com (that is, Domain2 [which apparently is not running AD?]).
