Error : "no buffer space available" when starting emulateur application.

Error : "no buffer space available" when starting emulateur application.

PC HP/NT4.0/Sp6/DHCP Client.
I installed new pc under a network DHCP (NetServer LH3/NT4 DHCP server)and I had this error when I start an application (emulateur terminal) this error appear only under a simple user account not when your are logged as administrator.
Can you help me please!
